Where: Damien's shop
What: Let's get this rp moving again!
Status: In progress
Aidan shifted his feet on top of the table he'd claimed as his at his new place of employment. His current job included watching over the shop and making sure it didn't
burn down while Damien was out at lunch. By 'watching over', he of course meant that he was doing even less work than normal. Feet were propped up, book was open and he was absently playing with a flame in between his fingers.

It had been a long time...too long for his liking really and he meant to change that. Of course how he expected do that standing outside Damien's little shop he had no idea. Leo fingered the dice in his pocket...how long had it really been, he found himself wondering...even he couldn't fathom it and he had a pretty good hold on time himself.
Sighing he finally pushed open the door, "Ello? Damien I brought a---,"he trailed off when he noticed Aidan sitting there and he lowered the bottle of sake, "Well now this is unexpected."

Aidan's feet dropped off the table in a flash when he heard the door open assuming it was Damien back from lunch. His innocent face dropped however when he realized it wasn't. The guy seemed familiar but he couldn't place him just yet. He looked him over trying to remember where he saw him, when his eyes locked on the bottle.
"Damn," he exclaimed. "No wonder he's got a booze supply here everyone keeps bringing him sake."

And so it was that Brent came bounding around the corner and kicked the door open, trilling. "Damien! I brought you sandwich- ... He's not here, is he?" The professional lay-about gave a look at Leo, broke into a grin, and whapped him soundly on the shoulder. "Peach fuzz!"

"Well you figure out something else to get him...the man's difficult to read," Leo muttered at Aidan's comment. Honestly it wasn't his fault...he was a bartender it was the gift he brought EVERYONE. The door slammed open again and Leo glanced over his shoulder to see none other than Brent...who he had of course HEARD first.
He returned the smile slightly, "Ello, fancy seeing you here. Is there a party going on I wasn't aware of."

It seemed like Damien's shop was a popular destination today. It wasn't too long after Brent and Leo's arrival that the door would have eased its way open again. Shin entered, skateboard tucked under his right arm and a plastic bag of food dangling from his left for Aidan ( someone
had to have the red head's stomach in mind ).
Shin paused catching site of the two others, and bent partially to the left so he could peak around them and towards Aidan curiously as he wondered if it was a bad time. "Busy?"

Aidan had been watching the two new comers with a raised eyebrow, seemed like Damien forgot to mention he had parties here as well as the booze and fire. However he didn't feel like he needed to get up until after the door opened again and Shin came in. Shin would have been almost enough to get him off his ass, but add food into the equation and it was no contest.
"Nope," he replied, walked over to Shin and slipping an arm around his waist. Had to get that in now before Damien showed up and had a hissy fit. "Looks like we're just having an impromptu picnic, want to join in?"

He offered a smile to Leo, honestly happy to see him. "Nope, was just bringing over the sandwiches Damien made this morning and forgot on the counter," Brent stated, giving the kids a raised-eyebrow look. "Didn't know he was running a daycare now, though..."
He made his way over to the counter, took a look around the shop just to make sure the big hairy lout wasn't hiding in a corner or under the desk somewhere, and put the sandwich bag in the small fridge in the corner.

Shin smiled up at the red head as Aidan eased that arm around his waist. Better to be safe than sorry as far as customer's went. Shin always tended to freak at Aidan when he made trouble at the coffee shop.
"It might make Damien more money at this rate," Shin snapped under his breath towards Brent. Apparently he wasn't the only one loitering around his shop and distracting his only employee.
"As for the picnic, just for a bit." Shin said towards Aidan with a smile as he held up the bag. "I picked up subs, chips, and soda. Sound good?"
